Registration Set Up    5:30AM - 6:30AM

  • Tents & Tables set up for registration


Registration - 22.5 Mile 6:30AM - 7:45AM / Registration 8 Mile Fun Paddle 8:15AM - 9:45AM

  • Check in Paddlers at Registration
  • Hand out Paddler Bags
  • Hand out Rash Guards
  • Directing Paddlers to safety tent

Registration Break Down 10:00AM - 11:00AM

  • Return items to trailer
  • Move trailer to front lot

Timing Set Up/ Assistance for Dan Cellucci   7:00AM

  • Timing equipment setup
  • Tent & Table set up
  • PA at the end of K Dock

Timing Break Down  3:00PM

  • Tent & Table Break Down
  • Return equipment to trailer

Timing Assistant  11:00AM - 3:30PM

  • This would entail assistinng Dan throughout the day as the Paddlers finish the race.

After Party Auction  12:00PM

  • Set up Silent Auction Items
  • Guard Items until the party begins

Ticket Sales/ After Party  3:00PM

  • Collect Money at the Door

Merchandise Sales Shift #1  3:00PM - 5:30PM / Merchandise Sales Shift #2 5:30PM - 8:00PM

  • Assist Setting up Merchandising Tent (shift #1)
  • Assist Selling Merchandise (shift #1 & #2)
  • Assist Breaking Down Merchandising Tent (shift #2)


Parking Lot Attendant  5:30AM - 9:30 AM

  • Greet Paddlers at Entrance of Lot

Board Caddies 12:30PM - 3:30PM

  • Assist Paddlers with Boards Post Race (need strong individuals)
